Step 10: List Your Application

Create a listing for your application.

If you're developing a public application, the final step is to list it in on the selling partner's website or the Selling Partner Appstore. This step is not required for private applications.

Tips for success

  • Make sure to comply with required policies and agreements.
  • Make sure that your listing doesn't include personally identifiable information, customer quotes, Amazon trademarks, or claims like "best" or "only".

Steps to list your application

Complete the following steps to create an appealing and compliant listing that helps selling partners understand your application's value. For more information, refer to List Your App on the Selling Partner Appstore.

  1. Open the listing form:
    1. Sign in to the Solution Provider Portal.
    2. Find your application.
    3. In the Actions column for your application, choose Create listing.
  2. Enter basic information:
    • Application name
    • Category (such as Inventory Management or Analytics)
    • Short description (200 characters maximum)
    • Detailed description
    • Features and benefits
    • Target audience
    • Support contact information
  3. Add pricing details:
    • Pricing model
    • Free trial information (if offered)
    • Subscription details (if applicable)
  4. Upload images:
    • Business logo (300 x 300 pixels minimum)
    • Screenshots (at least three)
    • Optional banner images
  5. Submit the listing.
    After you submit your listing, Amazon reviews it within three to four weeks.
